Postage of products within the Unted Kingdom is FREE.
Unless otherwise requested, postage is via the Royal Mail and normally takes between two and five days for delivery. The Scottish Highlands and Islands can sometimes take a little longer (now isn't that ironic, considering the source of our raw materials).
For countries in Europe, USA and Canada, the shipping fee is £18.00. All shipments are tracked. Depending on location, delivery can take between five and twenty days.
For rest of the world, in most cases it is also £18.00, however there may be locations/countries where this is not the case. We will inform you accordingly via email if there any additional shipping costs. Or you may contact us directly with your queery - mitch@highlandbushcraft.com
Not included, is any duty/tax the item may incur at final destination.
Return & Exchange Policy
Highland Blades & Bushcraft has a full product warranty. Defective products can either be replaced or money refunded. This promise is valid for 30 days after delivery. When refunding the returned product, only the sum for the product is reimbursed, not delivery costs.
We do not replace product with defects caused by customer's misuse or negligence. When the customer has received the package, it is the customer's responsibility to check the products and to ensure that the products are used and stored correctly
